Laurastar Australia Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. This agreement is between Innovative Home Solutions Pty Ltd (t/as Laurastar online sales, the Company and the Referrer)
2. To be eligible to join the referral program you must be a Laurastar Club member and join the club through the online form on the website.
   Only club members can become a referrer and the referral can only be sent to NEW (non-Laurastar) customers.
3. Once you have joined the club and the referral program you will be given a unique promo code which can then be shared amongst family and friends via, email,
   facebook, twitter or text. The promo code will be valid for 90 days from joining the program. Existing club members don’t receive a reward for their own purchases.
4. When this code is used to make a NEW purchase the person receiving the referral will receive a 10% discount off RRP on any Laurastar ironing system, S4, S6 or Pulse.
   The referrer will receive a $75 reward for all completed sales initiated by sharing their unique referral promo code. Sales can be online or in a Laurastar factory outlet.
5. All rewards earned will be paid to the referrer via PayPal or direct credit into your nominated bank account at the end of each month. (not to be paid in cash)
6. New sales can occur via the Laurastar online shop or at any Laurastar factory outlet, this referral code is NOT valid at any retail partners. (Australia only)
7. The reward is payable to the referrer when the new sale has been completed and paid in full, no reward will be paid on payment plans until the final payment
   has been made. Note existing club members cannot refer other club members or existing Laurastar customers. Referrals must be sent to people new to Laurastar
8. The company accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise in connection with rewards received. Participants in our referral program should seek
   and rely on their own independent financial advice.
9. The company reserves the right to cancel, alter or amend the terms and conditions of the referral program without notice
10. This referral program is run by the official Australian distributor, Innovative Home Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 93159650816)
11. This program is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
12. The referral program is not retrospective it only applies to new sales made from the official commencement date of the program 6th October 2016.
13. To be a valid referral the NEW customer must supply the referral code from their friend (existing customer) and their friend’s registered email address.
