Our products are designed to last. From the preliminary design stage onwards, our Research and Developmental teams outline strict specifications both in terms of the functionalities and quality of the components, as well as the selection of suppliers. Materials are chosen for their resistance and technical capabilities.
THOROUGHLY TESTED
At each stage of development, our products undergo extensive testing. Advanced test systems allow us to simulate 8 to 10 years of use, to ensure the robustness of our products over the years. In addition, our appliances are individually tested at the end of our production lines, which guarantees their quality for our users.
CERTIFIED REPAIRS FOR 10 YEARS
Our appliances are designed to be repairable for as long as possible. We have our own European repair centre and train dedicated teams in other countries where our products are distributed. All spare parts are available for at least 10 years after the product has been discontinued. this guarantees a fast and efficient repair service, with individual customer care.
